Holy Smoked Bacon and Mushroom Penne

I thoroughly enjoyed this dish, as did my husband and step daughter. I made a few minor adjustments. I added chopped onion and instead of 3 cups of chicken stock, I put 2 cups of beef stock and 1 cup of water. People were complaining of a lack of seasoning, so I added garlic and onion powders. Also, instead of Parmesan cheese, I put Mozzarella cheese. Turned out great, can't wait to make it again.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

These biscuits are yummy!! The only thing i would change is the butter spread is a little salty for my taste. My husband loved them all the same though. Thanks for the recipe!

Sugar Cookies

Honestly, I really wouldnt say there was anything special about the taste of this recipe. Tastes like a sugar cookie, but what I did love about this recipe is that they are one of the most perfect cookies for rolling out and cutting. After the initial mixing of ingredients, i put the dough into the fridge for an hour or so and it basically rolled out perfectly! Not too sticky or too dry.

Lemon Bread

Best recipe by far. I altered it just a tad, but it was only to make it more lemony. I put the zest of the whole lemon instead of just a tablespoon, put the juice of half a lemon instead of the 2 tablespoon of lemon juice and put about 3 or 4 tablespoons of lemon juice in the glaze. So lemony, so yummy!

The Best Banana Bread

This is the easiest recipe ever! Tastes great and did not take as long to cook it as recipe states. Instead of measuring bananas, I just put 3 soft bananas in it. Also taking advice of some the other people, I put 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla. Came out great!

Lemon Square Bars

Lemon bars came out great. My only problem was that the sides and top became kind of crunchy...but my mom loved the crunchy part anyways. I added lemon zest and about a teaspoon of pure lemon extract to the bottom crust. Came out great!
