Curried Chicken Salad
I just made this recipe for the 2nd time. The first time, I didn't feel like it had enough curry in it. So, I doubled the Curry from 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp. This is a delicious recipe otherwise!!! MMMMMM...I'll be making this in the years to come!!! BTW...I'm also debuting a new mayonnaise, with olive oil. This is much closer to the real stuff than the low fat stuff, but also has 1/2 the fat. I'll be buying this all the time now!!!

Mom's Lasagna
I loved this recipe, but didn't follow it to a 'T'. I read the reviews on it and figured out that it probably wouldn't have enough sauce for me. So, I added an extra can of tomato paste and a 32 oz can of crushed tomatoes. It made lots of sauce, just how I like it. I also didn't use cottage cheese, I used Ricotta with 2 eggs instead. My husband and 2 year old loved it...and so did I!!
