This was so easy and yummy, even my kids liked it! Only change I made was to double the orange juice.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
This was pretty good, however, i followed other suggestions and used blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, and i thought that the blue cheese taste was pretty overpowering. Next time i make this, i think i will try using ranch dressing.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
Couldn't get it to come out of the pan, it was kind of mushy. I followed the recipe exactly and waited 10+ minutes to try and remove from the pan. It tasted ok, but isn't anything that I would serve. I was really hoping this receip would turn out for me. Now i need to bake a different birthday cake.

No-Guilt Zesty Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
DELICIOUS!! We couldn't wait to try it, so we only let it sit for about 30 mins, but it's still good with veggies. I can't wait to try it tomorrow as i'm sure it just gets better with age!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
We LOVE this recipe! It makes 2 trays of lasagna; one of which we freeze for later. I also add veggies, such as chopped peppers, celery, etc to the meat sauce. It tastes good this way too and my kids can't tell that there are any veggies in the meal. I also used the No-Boil lasagna and it works great! Will definitely make again.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
Loved this pie! So easy to make! I also added 1 tsp. cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, and 1 tbs of vanilla to the syrup, per other reviewer's suggestions. It was so yummy with our homemade vanilla ice cream!

Cheesy Creamed Spinach

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
This was DELICIOUS! Per other reviewers suggesions, I also cut down on the amount of cream I added based on how much spinach I was using. It would've been too runny if i added the entire amount. Loved this recipe and will be making again and again. I do have to say that this probably isn't the "healthiest" (because of all the cream and cheese) way that I've prepared the spinach, but it is the best tasting.

Mom's Coleslaw

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
This was the easiest recipe! I followed another reviewer's tip to reduce the amount of mayo to 1/2 cup and it was the perfect amount for the bagged coleslaw mix. Not too watery at all. Loved the recipe! Will be making again!

Sweet Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Loved these!!! I also followed other reviews and used 1 tbs vanilla instead of water. Next time i will try using 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. I will definitely be making these again! It was so easy to do!! UPDATE: I made this again using 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar and used almonds instead of pecans. I couldn't really tell the difference with the brown sugar (it's still delicious!) The almonds were yummy too. Either way, I love this recipe and will definitely be making it again!

Frog Cupcakes

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
This is a great recipe! I had so much fun making it for my son's birthday party. While it does take some time to assemble, it is worth it to see my son's excitement when he saw these finished cupcakes. They were very easy to assemble (and i'm NOT a very creative person at all!). I took the advice of other users and cut the marshmallows lengthwise with scissors and then dipped the top part of the marshmallow in a little bowl of water then rolled the wet marshmallow in the green sugar. The water really helps the sugar stick. I also used a little bit of frosting to "glue" the eyes to the marshmallow. I used the recipe for Rick's buttercream frosting (on this site) and colored it green with Wilton's icing colors. They look and taste so good!
