Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
I made these for Thanksgiving and again at Christmas. If you love garlic, these are the absolute best. I boil the garlic with the potatoes and mash them with everything. YUMMY!

Fourteen Carat Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
I have made this same recipe for years with 2+cups carrots and without the coconut, and it is the BEST. Carrot cake is my husband's favorite. He has tried those at several high end restaurants and says they aren't as good as this recipe. I always add a little more pineapple and nuts than what is called for and use a cream cheese frosting. It also works well in a 13x9 pan at 325 for about an hour. Next time I will add coconut and if he likes it, I will keep it including it. You can't go wrong with this recipe!

Great Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
This is so easy and tastes great. Only change we made that we like better is we don't bake the bread because the bottom is hard. We broil it so the top is crispy, bottom is still soft.

Dump Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
I lost my old recipe so I searched and found this. The ingredients are the same. The only change is I mix the fruits together, sprinkle the cake mix, then nuts, on top of the fruit, and then drizzle melted butter over cake mix/nuts. It is delicious and everyone loves it.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
This is great! My husband loves this dish and wants it regularly. And it's so easy. I added diced onions to the crock pot with the chicken and let them cook together. I also use low fat soup and cream cheese and it's delicious.

Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2008
My husband and I absolutely loved this! I followed the recipe except, as suggested by someone else, used a can of diced tomatoes including juice, and it was delicious. I included the feta when cooking, and added a little more on top when served. Will definitely add to my rotation. Thanks.
