Sangria! Sangria!

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
This is the best sangria! I was able to make this using bourbon because that's what I had on hand. It didn't take away from it at all. Delicious drink!

Fresh Tomato Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
This salsa was delicious! I only made a small batch because I was using up the rest of some roma grape tomatoes. I only had jalopeno on hand, so I used that instead of the chiles. But it was still fantastic and tasted great on top of an omelet. Thanks for a great recipe.

The cheese sauce was fabulous! My daughter and I truly loved it. I used half and half instead of milk. I used the leftovers the next day to put in and on top of an omelet. One of the best omelets I ever had. Thanks for the recipe.

Delicious! I did as others suggested and used a onion mix instead of onions and breadcrumbs instead of crackers. I also added 2 teaspoons of worcester sauce. It was a great burger. Thank you!

These muffins were absolutely delicious. I did double the amount of lemon juice in the muffins since I had plain yogurt. I could very easily get addicted to these. Thanks for a great recipe!

Great bread!!! I added 5 tablespoons of lemon juice since I like more a lemony flavor and little bit of vanilla extract. Delicous! Thank you!

These were great! After reading through the reviews, I took the others suggestions and froze the cheese first. I also double dipped it in the egg and bread crumb mixture. Perfect appetizers!

This is a great recipe! It comes out so moist. I used semi sweet chocolate chips, and I topped the cake with the Satiny Chocolate Glaze recipe that is on here. Would definitely make this again!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
This recipe is very delicious. My daughter and I are both allergic to seafood, so I doubled the sausage. I used smoked turkey polish sausage. It was a wonderful addition. I also omitted the celery - a personal preference. I don't like the taste. I added a cup of instant brown rice in the last hour. I will definitely be making this again!
