Pasta with Peas and Sausage
I was pleased to find this recipes as it was very much like a what I ate in Florence, Italy. It is extremely easy, very quick and very tasty. My bunch just loved it and asked when I will make it again.

Chicken Eugene
I cut down on the dried beef, used enough to line the baking pan with a single layer, and the recipe came out perfect... my husband who really doesn't like chicken really loved it. It is easy and good enough to serve company.

Easter Meat Pie
