Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I added butter flavor to my regular shortening, white chocolate chips and tbsp of cocoa. They were pretty tastey.

Caramel Popcorn

This recipe is the exact same as my family one minus the baking soda....I googled why one would need it and it states that it keeps it softer so it doesn:t dry rock hard or be so gooey it sticks to your teeth bad. I made this recipe to a t and it turned out waaaay better than the one my family uses I even called up my aunt to tell her. TIP after cooking time place on parchment paper then you dont end up with clumps.

Carrot Cake III

I can only give this 3 stars because I changed the recipe slightly...I added 1 cup of purred pumpkin and 1/4 cup apple sauce in place of the oil. I did not have any cinnamon but used 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. They were awesome, moist an flavorful!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

really good, nice texture and the sweetness was great. It cooked well, cut well. I even made them thi on a cokie sheet. I did howver run out of milk choc chips so I just switched the 2.

The Best Lemon Bars

filling needs to be doubled in order to have a nice thicknes to it. I added yellow color to them as well. Taste is very good.

Turned out pretty good, It did however harden too fast and I even used a bowl of hot water like others have sugessted. Might try next time keeping warm using double broiler method.

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

I can not give this recipe full stars because I added 1/2 tsp of ginger 1 tablespoon brown sugar (because I like the stickyness of it) and 1 tsp of garlic powder. Other than that it was fantastic!!

I can't give full stars because I altered it slightly. I mixed Ground Turkey, Pork and Beef together and mixed it all in my Kitchen Aide then followed the recipe otherwise. Turned out great!
