This is a really good recipe,and I make it fairly often, but I make a few changes. First, I don't use chili paste, I use a few dashes of ground cayenne pepper. I also don't use Udon noodles, I just use whatwver kind of noodles I have a home.
Then I saute some veggies on the side, usually mushrooms, onions, carrots, broccoli and cook a chicken breast and cut it up. I Double the amount of sauce the recipe makes and I add the meat & veggies to the noodle & sauce mixture. It is excellent.
