Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
This is absolutely the best carrot cake recipe! It's so easy that my 12 year old daughter can make it, too. We just modified it a tiny bit, by cutting down on the confectioner's sugar for the frosting. Usually we just use 2.5 cups, and it tastes perfect- not too sweet, right in the middle. A great cake to make for Easter, as well!

Linguine Pescadoro

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
This recipe was really nice. I loved it. It was just a tiny bit bland, but other than that, the taste was perfect. I saved some as well, so I just heated it up to eat it again. Wonderful recipe! I didn't substitute anything..

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
A really nice soup! It wasn't too salty, or too "sweet". My family and I thought it was great. Will definitely make again! Also, I recommend adding a little more broth to it, though.

Pecan Pie V

It was easy to make, and was very tasty. Also, it is wonderful with some vanilla ice cream, but it is very good without it too. Thanks!!

Creamy Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
I knew I should have read more reviews on this. I did everything that the directions said, but it turned out a little runny. Left it in the fridge for a while, and it was better. It's more like a buttercream frosting because it had a really buttery taste, but still good. DO NOT heat it too much 2 minutes on medium should be ok.

Easy Key Lime Pie II

Reviewed: May 25, 2008
Just made this last night. I didn't use the Cool Whip though. It turned out great. I would cook it longer than 10 mins though. More like 30 mins.-45 mins. It isn't dry or like pudding. I did have to make 2 pies, and both of them turned out fine.

I tried this frosting for sugar cookies, and it tasted wonderful! It was sweet, not too sweet, and then you could add food coloring to it. It was great. I'll definitly try tis again.
