Pork Tenderloin alla Napoli

This was so good. My pickier than ever 10 year old daughter even ate it and she' not much for tomatoes. I thought the olives would be a little overpowering, but it was perfect.

Very good. I did not think it was overly spicy. I made this twice two different ways and I highly recommend added about five or six minced garlic cloves to the batch. Excellent.

So good, make sure you get a DD if you are having these outside of your home because you won't be able to get enough of them. I used Malibu (coconut bay would work too) in place of the dark rum. It was wonderful!

Rum Rollover

Very good. I opted to make a larger cocktail and used two shots of Parrot Bay and 6 oz. of pineapple juice. Be careful, it's so smooth you may catch yourself overindulging.

White Pizza with Roasted Garlic and Green Olives

I love olives more than you can imagine, but this pizza actually had a few too many for me. It has a good overall flavor. If I made it again I would combine a little cream cheesed with the garlic infused oil, cut the amount of olives in half, and add some chopped chicken.

Way too greasy. Should use a leaner cut of meat. Hard to judge the flavors past the grease.

Cheddar Baked Olives

I love olives, but this recipe is not appropriate for cooking. First the mixture was too floury to stick together so I added an additional 2 T of butter which causes them to lose shape while cooking. What a mess.
