Taco Seasoning I

Excellent. I put extra garlic, onion powder, and red pepper flakes because that is what my family likes in everything. I made a huge batch and keep it in a jar in my spice cabinet so I always have some on hand.

Best Tuna Casserole

This came out so delicious. I modified it a bit because of the ingredients I had on hand and the other reviews I read. The modifications were: sliced fresh mushrooms, an additional can of soup (I used cream of chicken) and a half cup of milk.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

As so many reviewers have already stated, this was a great starting point, but I changed it up for more flavor. I browned ground turkey, added 2 med. onions chopped, half of a green bell pepper chopped, 4 cloves of garlic minced, and about a half dozen fresh garden tomatoes chopped. I also added to the pan 1 packet of hot taco seasoning mix and then the beans (I used 2 cans of Kroger hot chili beans and 3 cans of black beans) and 2 cans of corn. I brought everything to a boil. Then let it all cool and added white rice, 4 chopped pickled jalapenos, and shredded Colby cheese. I put about a heaping cup of the mix into each tortilla wrap - it made 16 exactly. The changes and additions I think make it a 5 star recipe - it tastes delicious with homemade salsa. I put them in the freezer & am looking forward to having something healthy (and inexpensive) to grab for lunch or dinner.

Crab Rangoon III

This recipe was OK but does not taste like the real thing so I changed a few things. I took the suggestions of some other reviewers and added green onions, extra garlic powder and only used 1 can of crabmeat. It still didn't taste like the crab rangoon that we get from our favorite Chinese restaurant.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

My husband said this recipe is a keeper and I agree! I took the suggestions of some other reviewers and seasoned the pork with kosher salt, freshly cracked pepper and garlic powder and then pan seared it (in some olive oil) before putting it in the crock pot. I will definitely make this again!
