Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
My interest for this recipe was peaked when I read the instructions. This method reminded me of making bread prior to my having a bread machine. So I followed the recipe exactly for loaf #1. The bread turned out good. I then made loaf #2 following the machine instructions (adding yeast last, etc.). Loaf #2 turned out better. It rose more and therefore was less dense. I don’t know if anyone tried this, but in my opinion, follow the machine instructions and save yourself some time.

Turkey Tetrazzini with Cheddar and Parmesan

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2012
Made this exactly as stated. Very good and only 14% fat. I'll make again, but add additional seasoning to my flavor choice. If you are like me and shy away from those soooo yummy recipies that are 70% of more fat then try this.

Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2011
Wow, I was skeptical, but thought why not. I would give 10 stars if possible. I followed the recipe exactly except I did not have mustard seeds and used dry mustard. The result is the pickles are crisp and very close to that of my favorite store bought brand (which I shall not buy again). Thank you very much!

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Wonderful and thanks. I get turrned off when the recipe ingredients use commercial prepared mixes. This includes all the basics that are needed and it is truley a worthy recipe.

Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
This is a great recipe. Where I live molasses and navy beans are not available. I substituted honey and red beans. These were the only changes to the original recipe. But I did take the suggestions of others and cook in my slow cooker. Fantastic, just like the baked beans I used to buy ande love while I lived in the US.
