Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken

This recipe was exactly what I was looking for. Something out of the ordinary to do for dinner. My boyfriend loved the chicken! Instead of red wine vinegar I used Balsamic, and also added a half teaspoon of liquid smoke. Cut up the chicken and scewered with onions and broiled for about 20 minutes. Tasted like kabobs right off the grill! Thanks for the great recipe!

Vickie's Beer Bread

Followed recipe exact except added another tablespoon of sugar! Used coors light as the beer. Tastes just like the Tastefully Simple beer bread except way cheaper!!

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry

Delicious.... I followed the recipe for the most part, I used apple juice. And for my vegetables used a frozen mix of red/green peppers and onions, and also added snap peas and fresh onions. Turned out great, will be using this often!

Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

These were delicious, I followed the recipe exactly and came out great!! They taste very simliar the chedder bay biscuits they serve at Red Lobster! YUM :)

Smoky Four Cheese Macaroni Bake

This recipe was great...I hosted a dinner for 8 people and EVERYONE loved it! I didn't use the onion or the cream cheese (personal preference), and instead of swiss used shredded mozzerella. Love this, will stay a keeper for this family!
