Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

OMG! Amazing! I never made corned beef and cabbage before. This was so good. I replaced the water with beef broth and added ground peppercorn. Put on high for the first hour and then on low. This is a keeper for me. The family loved it. oh the potatoes were very soft but I like it that way they were not mushy just very soft

Banana Crumb Muffins

Just made these. I am very happy I tried these. New recipe added to my box. changed 1/8 cinnamon to 1/4 and added 1/2 cup of walnuts. Everything else was followed the way the recipe is wrote. Turned out great..Try them you won't be sorry.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

This was the first time I tried ginger cookies. My kids loved them. I had to add more flour to be able to handle them ,but they turned out fine. Maybe I did something wrong. I'll will be making them again! So that's what the kids tell me! Ha Ha
