Pretty good!!! Very simple and tasted good. I used ground turkey instead of beef, and still good; I also follow one of the sugestions (cook the meet before you put it on the oven) Thank you for the recipe.

Orange Chicken

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

I recommend this recipe 100%. Was easy to made and taste pretty good too. The chili sauce I also did from another recipe from this website (as another person sugest on her comment).

Soy and Garlic Marinated Chicken

Pretty good!! But I use 3/4 of Light soy suace insted 1/2 of regular soy sauce, and I also add brown sugar as other recommend. Very easy to made I love it!!!!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

It was good!! The only thing is that was very hard to manipulate, on others review they recommend to use more confection sugar which I recommend 100%, I think that you can end up using 3 pounds of confection sugar. To be honest on my first try I didn't work out to good.It was messy and hard to put it in top of the cake, but I think the next one is going to be good; I also recommend NOT to do it for a special occasion without trying first.
