I made this for a super quick supper tonight and it got two thumbs-up from the hubby. I made it exactly as listed in the recipe. I think next time I make it I will only use 1/2 tablespoon of the onion soup mix because it was a little salty. Other than that it was really good! Thanks for sharing the recipe!!

I never thought these ingredients would be good together but thought I would give it a try as an experiment, and it is really delicious!! My husband ate two plates full. In fact everyone in the family really liked it--even my extremely picky 7 year old son. After much negotiating to get my son to try a bite of pork chop, I knew he liked it because he didn't run and spit it out. When I asked him if he liked it he told me no, but about 2 minutes after he swallowed the first bite he asked me for a plate of the pork chop. THIS IS A KEEPER! I will be making this VERY EASY recipe often. The pork chops turned out so tender and the sauce is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing this!!!

I give this recipe 3 stars because I love the consistency, but the taste is too sharp! You have to really LOVE Sharp Cheddar Cheese—it is so overpowering! I made it and gave it to my 6 & 8 year olds and they said is gross. Honestly I will probably follow this recipe again because it is very creamy which I love, but I will delete the sharp cheddar cheese altogether and use some other combination of cheeses.

This recipe does make soft cookies, but they lack taste. Yes, I followed the recipe exactly! The cookies looked great--but the taste just isn't there...sorry. I think it would be a great starter cookie if you are looking for soft cookies—they are soft (kind of like soft batch cookies) but there is definitely something missing. I’ll keep looking.

This is a GREAT recipe! I didn’t try it with the green onions simply because I didn’t have green onions, so I put a chopped yellow onion in the mix instead—which really complemented the sweet taste perfectly. I also added celery because I thought it would add to the flavor which it did. Even without the additions I thought it is a great recipe—unlike any potato salad I have ever attempted before. I think I may cut down on the sugar next time, but this is the base recipe I will use from now on!!!! THANK YOU for sharing!!!!!
