Walnut Brownies

The BEST!!! Beautiful glaze on top, incredibly moist and decadent! I put them in a 9x9 stone pan and they barely covered the bottom. So I worried they would cook quicker. But they took the entire 30 minutes and were perfect! Love them!

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup

We all loved it! I didn't have any meat in the house and noticed I had lots of garbanzo beans. I plugged "garbanzo beans" into the search ingredient feature of and this was one of my choices! I didn't have vegetable broth, garlic powder or canned diced tomatoes, so I used chicken bullion, 1garlic clove crushed and 2 large tomatoes diced. There are lots of spices in this recipe which I love! Other than my notations, I followed it exactly!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Freakin' fabulous! I like the pudding a little less thick, so I only added 2 tbsp of cornstarch. Love it!

Roasted Veggie Pesto Pasta Salad

I cut down the amount of pesto and added some mayo to make the pesto creamier. Oh...I added some cooked chicken too. was awesome! Roasting the veggies really brought out the favors.

Nana's Fastnachts

Excellent recipe! My kids loved them and begged for me to make them again as soon as they ran out. I didn't have the patience to let them rise 3 times. I mixed everything up, let them rise in a warm oven for 45 minutes, and rolled them out. They puffed up really well when cooked.
