Country Fried Steak

This was my first attempt at country fried steak. My kitchen smelled sooo good. I really like this recipe, I'll be using this one again.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Very good, Hubby likes them! (picky hubby) I liked the meatballs on spaghetti and on a sub sandwich. Only thing I did different was use diced tomatos instead of whole, turned out great any way.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Love this sauce! Alot of flavor, I only used about 1/2 tsp honey so it wasn't very sweet. I used it with Jay's Signature Pizza Crust and it was the best pizza I've made at home.

Italian Cream Cake I

I made this for the first time and I couldn't believe how easy it was. I was so intimidated by it and now it's just a breeze. I had heard that fondant was nasty tasting, but this fondant is really good. If I ever need fondant I will use this recipe.

Cake Balls

I can't believe how easy and good these were. I used chocolate on chocolate, german chocolate, and strawberry w/vanilla, and they all came out great although the chocolate ones went the fastest. It was easy to roll them with cornstarch on my hands and I used an egg separater to dip in chocolate. Everybody loved them and wanted the recipe. A few people thought they were store bought!

Spaghetti Sauce Mix

I really like the idea that I can make this sauce quick and easy but I know what is in it and it's not loaded with sodium. I ended up adding an extra can of tomato paste to thicken it up and make it nice and tomato tasting. Next time I might just add a little more cornstarch so I won't have to do that. My husband likes it and that's the highest rating of all!

Cinnamon Honey Butter

My husband loved this! Just like the butter from Texas Roadhouse. I whipped the butter so it was nice and fluffy, and I probably used a little less honey because I didn't have enough. Turned out wonderful anyway! Now I just need a great dinner roll to go with it.
