Country Fried Steak
This was my first attempt at country fried steak. My kitchen smelled sooo good. I really like this recipe, I'll be using this one again.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
Very good, Hubby likes them! (picky hubby) I liked the meatballs on spaghetti and on a sub sandwich. Only thing I did different was use diced tomatos instead of whole, turned out great any way.

Oatmeal Pancakes II
Pretty easy to make and very good, especially if you are looking for something a little bit different and a little more heathly.
