I'm a vet student and a newlywed. Cooking is a great way for me to de-stress after a long day at school or studying for school. I have a cat and a bunny to keep me company while I study and my husband is working. My favorite cooking tradition is when my mom and I would make a Red Waldorf Cake every year for my birthday and her birthday. It's one of the few recipes that's passed down through the generations in my family, and I was so excited when it was passed down to me this last year. It's a tradition I will certainly continue with my own family.
