Cindy's Coleslaw
Just put in a pork roast on a bed of onions in the crockpot to make into pulled pork sandwiches for dinner. My hubs and I decided we wanted to try coleslaw on the sandwiches. We whipped up the slaw (used Splenda instead of sugar to save the calories), and this was so "Shove your Face in the Bowl" good that I hope we have some left when the pork is finished. Simple but amazing!

Flatlander Chili
Excellent Chili. I made a few adjustments to better accomodate my boyfriend and I's taste, but I bet its awesome as is. I used 1 can black beans and 1 can kidney beans, drained. Ommitted the cumin, because I don't have any and added a chopped fresh red chili pepper and used groud turkey instead of beef. Instead of tomato sauce I used 1 can of whole stewed tomatos- diced with juice. EXCELLENT
