About this Cook
Love cooking & especially trying new recipes. I'm a Donna Dewberry certified instructor & have taught classes in Vero Beach & in my home. Currently I am exploring new painting techniques with different artists. I love cooking but my first love will always be painting & drawing.
My favorite things to cook
My very favorite things to cook has to be desserts...chocolate is my downfall!! I am enjoying cooking some of the many chicken recipes offered on this website & have tried many of the other recipes. I'm always on the hunt for anything that is southern & old-fashioned as my family are all from the south...Georgia. I'm on my way to having tried almost all the biscuit recipes offered... Love those light & fluffy biscuits.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Yummy...this was really good and extremely easy. I bought ready-made oreo pie crust at Wal-Mart & made it even easier. Followed the recipe exactly but did let the cream cheese sit out for about half an hour so it would mix easier. Put the pies in the freezer for four hours before serving so they were set up but not frozen solid. You cannot have any doubt that this is a peanut butter pie as the peanut butter is definitely, if you don't like peanut butter you will not like this. Thanks Megan for sharing this recipe. It will go in my "special desserts" file. Mary Jane...

Potato Crunchy Tenders
Wish I could give this more stars. It deserves at least ten because of how easy it is. I followed the recipe exactly and my whole family loved it. Will be making this many times in the future. Next time I think I will use only one cup of milk with the egg as I had a ton of milk left over. Thanks for a really great recipe. Mary Jane

Guy Approved Meatloaf
Wish we had more stars for this recipe. I have a husband who loves to eat but refuses to give a compliment on anything. He absolutely loved this meatloaf & in two days there was none left even though I made a pretty big loaf. Everybody sit down...he said he really loved it & would I make this meatloaf from now on. I about fainted... Thanking you so much for this great great recipe. Mary Jane
