Part-time at-home Dad. Work in the morning and raise kids in the afternoon. I love to experiment with new tastes and hard recipes. I enjoy baking as well. BBQing is also up there, favoritewise. Weekends I make breakfasts -- often Pancakes or other syrup-enhanced foods. I made Peas-and-cheese (Matter Paneer to those without kids) and Naan for our friends from India, and they at least SAID they loved it. No real tragedies. One Pecan-crusted chicken recipe went particularly South (and was told directly by the family NOT to ever cook it again.) I ended up throwing what was left (most of it) into the chopper along with some cheeses and other spices to use as a spread for some quesadillas and no one was the wiser!
