Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2014
Used others recommendations and dipped in flour first, then egg then cracker mix. Chicken was nice and crispy and coating didn't fall off!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
Wonderfully good. The first time the mixture was kind of dry so they didn't spread out while cooking. The second time I doubled the batch (since the first time they were gone so quick) and the texture of the batter was perfect (not sure what I did the first time). I used brandy and not vanilla like others suggested only because I had brandy. My oven is pretty right on for cookies but I had to cook them for about 13 minutes. Will make again and again!

Orange Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
I was running out of time and only marinaded for an hour, boy I wish I could have let it sit longer. Even after an hour it was very good. Next time I will plan ahead and I can't wait to see how wonderful it turns out.

Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
I followed some of the other's suggestions and baked it on a rack that I put on a baking sheet and turned half way. The outside was not soggy, though it wasn't like fried chicken. Also I thought the flavors weren't strong enough. Next time I'll double the spices.

My family loved this. It is so easy and tastes great. I did follow other reviews and doubled all the spices except the salt. Have made this multiple times and will make again.

Mexican Halibut Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
This was a big hit! I did cook up some chorizo and then placed it under the fish while it cooked (making the dish less healthy but very good). I also added a little hot souce to the sauce mix and served with some black beans and corn tortillas. Wonderful!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
Wonderful dish! I followed others suggestions and saute the mushrooms and onions in the skillet, removed and then added the chicken. After browned added the mushrooms and onions back. I also doubled the wine and sherry, added a touch of cream and sauted about 20 minutes.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
Sauce was good, though it didn't penetrate into the meat. My 12 and 14 year olds didn't care for it but it was ok.
