So easy & so tasty! Definately will be making these again. I took someone elses advice & did them at 450 for 30 minutes tossing every 10 minutes and then another 15 minutes uncovered & they turned out great. Yum!

Fabulous Cilantro Pesto

Fabulas doesn't even begin to describe this! It's amazing, it's heaven! My fiance & I loved this dish soooo much! I have a magic bullet & that worked great to blend the pesto sauce. I followed the recipe exactly but I added Chicken which was really yummy! I'm so makeing this over & over again!

Chicken And Apple Curry

This was a great recipe although I did change some things & I would make more changes next time I make it. I used coconut oil instead of butter cause it's healthier. I used Almond milk instead of milk cause I'm allergic to milk. I halved the recipe but left the same amount of curry in it. It still needed more curry. I also think the curry I bought was not spicy enough. I will add another apple next time cause I could hardly taste the one I added. I will definately do this recipe again but with extra curry & extra apple. Thanks for posting it! I hope you don't feel that I butchered your recipe!

Cappuccino Muffins

I made it with out the topping, the recipe was yummy but i excluded the topping because of the calories i knew it would be. I counted all the calories up & it was 2730/12 muffins = 228 per muffin with out the topping! Yummy but not that great if your a calorie counter.

Easy Marinated Vegetables

It made a nice change from cooked vegetables. It wasn't an overbearing flavourful side dish but it was just right for something simple yet tasty. The next day it tasted unpleasant. Don't make enough for left overs.
