This banana bread recipe was awesome! It is a 5 as is, but some changes I have made to it are: substitute buttermilk for the sour cream and sprinkle a handful of mini chocolate chips into the batter right before putting it into the oven...thanks for sharing, this recipe is certainly a keeper! Every time I make it, I want to sign on and rate it with 5 stars!

Applesauce Oatmeal Cake

Awesome recipe. I followed the recipe exactly, however, I baked the batter in three loaf pans. This lowered the cooking time (to about 40 minutes) and enabled me to gift some cake to friends and family. This is definitely a keeper!!! Thanks!

Olive Chicken II

This is an awesome recipe. I drain and rinse my olives (I made mine with calamata olives.). I used bone in chicken breasts. Because of the bone in, I covered the mixture for the final cooking stretch due to concern that the bone in chicken breasts would dry out, as I cooked it. I also thickened the sauce right before serving with a little bit of cornstarch. This is definitely a keeper! My family absolutely loved it!

Simple White Cake

This cupcake is exactly what it promised to be. Simply, great tasting and easy. I made cupcakes and then used them to make strawberry shortcake. They were a hit with my family. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Buttered Biscuits

These biscuits are absolutely fabulous! Thanks for posting them. I think they should also be entered as a "dumpling" recipe, as they taste EXACTLY like Cracker Barrel dumplings when cooked in Chicken Broth....BRAVO, another winner!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread I

Very yummy! I made this twice. Both times I made muffins instead of a loaf. I used (1 cup) mini-chocolate chips the second time I made it and I think this improved the flavor, as the chips were spread out more. Awesome recipe!!!
