I was a little skeptical about this when I took it out of the oven. I ended up having to cook it for about one hour and five minutes but my oven might be a little off. Even then it looked like I had over cooked it on the outside and I almost threw it out. I decided to cut it and try it. This is the BEST banana bread I have ever had! It was a little crunchy on the outside and really, really moist on the inside. I didnt have buttermilk in my fridge but I made my own by adding one tablespoon of vinegar to a cup of milk and letting it sit for a minute. I will definately be making this again!
