Everytime I make this for parties it dissapears within 10 minutes from the buffet table because its so popular. I normally make several pounds at a time. The issues I have with the recipe is the smell of bacon which I dislike and pulling the pans from the oven. Be careful that bacon grease can go everywhere.

Balsamic and Rosemary Grilled Salmon

My hubby is not a fan of fish. But with this marinade he has changed his mind. The marinade is simple to make and is not overpowering to the over all flavor of the dish.
