Sorry, this just didn't work for me - maybe I did something wrong but we did not enjoy the flavor and they came out crunchy on the outside and soggy on the inside.

Simple and Delicious Beet Greens

I never thought I would like these... but they turned out great and even my husband liked the dish. Cooked as per instructions and then tossed with whole grain pasta and chopped pecans for a delicious and filling vegetarian dinner.

Dilly Turkey Burgers

We loved these - frying them in just a bit of olive oil in the frying pan worked just fine, too (too lazy to fire up the grill) and we skipped the buns and mayonnaise for a generous topping of tzatziki, as suggested in another review. Definitely a very different flavor for a turkey burger, but it worked well for us.

Roasted Yams

delicious!! An easy healthy way to prepare yams and a nice twist on a standard roasted potato. I sliced them a bit thinner and they cooked perfectly in just over 20 minutes

Orange Coconut Salmon

amazing! towards middle of the fishing season we're always looking for original ways to cook the fridge/freezer full of salmon, and this fits the bill! Easy, delicious, and unique. One of my favorite recipes - I've made it many times already.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

love, love, love this soup. If it weren't for my wrists hurting from chopping all the leeks I would make it much more often :-) husband loves it too - he didn't even notice there was no meat hehe ;-)

Slow Cooker Stuffing

This was pretty good - the moisture was a bit challenging to manage, I had to leave the top off at the end to make it less soggy. but it turned out tasty, guests liked it, and keeping the oven available was a huge help! will definitely be making this again next Thanksgiving.

Spinach Salad with Oranges

Incredible! I've never raw liked mushrooms in salad but had to use some up - so I gave this a try and I've made it 4 times already. Simple, quick, and absolutely delicious! I used bacon bits and a fresh orange cut in pieces instead of the mandarin oranges (didn't have any). I also cut way back on the dressing to keep calories lower - 1/2 tablespoon each of the vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and onion powder along with a teaspoon of worchestershire sauce seem to do it just fine for my half-recipe when tossed well. Skipped the sugar and the salt, it tasted great anyway!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Everyone asks me for this recipe now!! Thanks to this recipe i am now famous for making great chili :-) I followed the recommendations from the reviews and added a can each of corn and green chilies. A friend later made the same recipe but left out the cumin - it makes a big difference, worth going out and buying it if you don't have it at home.

Leftover Turkey Brunswick Stew

Good way to create a totally new flavor for your leftover turkey. It was tasty but disagreed with our stomachs just a little. Next time I would halve the recipe but keep the amount of turkey the same - it could use more meat proportionally but this recipe was bigger than my largest pot could accommodate. Definitely more than 10 servings. (P.S. as in previous reviews I used fresh but pre-boiled potatoes instead of canned)

Cornell Chicken Marinade

this was an amazing marinade! I wasn't expecting much of it - picked it only because I happened to have all the ingredients in the house. But it's the best chicken I've ever had. Nice and tangy! We cooked it over a little portable charcoal grill while camping - VERY nice.

Salmon With Scalloped Sweet Potatoes

i was disappointed by this recipe. It doesn't do much for the salmon... the potatoes and the overwhelming orange flavor carry the dish. And I used fresh-caught wild Alaskan red! I think a salmon dish should bring out the flavors, not bury them...

personally, this recipe was not to my liking - the apples and curry together with the cranberry was odd. However, it still gets four stars because all my friends loved it and I was asked for the recipe several times - maybe it's just my weird taste!
