Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2008
The texture of this meatloaf was GREAT!! I made it on my lunch hour and it was perfect when i got home from work 5 1/2 hours later. I missread the recipe and added all of the ketchup so just added more bread crumbs. The whole family loved it and I will DEFINATLY make this again!

Best Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
Very Very good... even those who dont normally like green beans thought it was good... per other reviews i did add cheese into the mixture not just on top, and quite a bit since the family is cheese lovers. Next time i will just put all cheese inside and none on top only the onions, as what was on top got a little hard.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
OMG OMG OMG!!!!! My boyfriends family was very sceptical since they always make the traditional chunks with marshmelows on top (which i hate). After one bite everyone actually moaned! and said they will never EVER make the other again!!

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
This was great!! I have little children and the rotel was a problem... so next time i will omit rotel and add only diced tomatoes and some spices.. chili or maybee taco seasoning. I did do changes via other coments. I made only a few layers, botom layer was tortillas dipped in broth, next was choped chicken, next was sauteed onion, green pepper and garlic, next was corn, then was a chopped up block of velveta cheese, topped by the soup/tomatoe mixture. DELISH!!! definatly needed a little more than 30 min... next time will do 40 min at 350*

INCREDIBLE!!! I doubled as if this is 4 servings they are very very small. I did boil with potatoes for a bit tho as otherwise they are crunchy. then added the half and half and rest as directed.

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
Family was very cautious of this. But it was so amazzzzzingly moist and flavorfull... Per other reviews i did add more vegitables, and drained the brine and let the turkey set a few hours in the fridge withought it. Other reviews had said it was dificult and messy to flip the turkey. I tied twine around the turky securing both wings in it, Put my mits inside of baggies and it was so simply easy to flip.. no problems at all... i did Baste every half hour. And i used 2 cans chicken broth in the bottom of the pan and no wine. It was amazing and the only way i will ever do a turkey again. WAY worth the trouble.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
WOW!!! This was AMAZING!!! My bf is not a big chicken eater but he could not get enough.. nor could our kids age 4,5 and 6. He said this was the best thing i have ever made him, that i REALLY impressed him, and that it tasted like a $12 restraunt meal. I dont think it could get a better review than that! Made with seperate vegi kabobs, basted in asiago italian dressing.

Cherry Tomato Corn Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2009
Was very good!! Used fresh corn on the cob, sauted with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Used a little less oil and a little more lime juice as suggested. Got requests for the recipe and my 4 year old asked for a plate of just this!!

Cheesy Campfire Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
Well i made mine on the grill as directed. The potatoes did not cook all the way. But enough that we could tell how amazing they would be. And the cheese was AMAZING. So for potential and since I will be making again I gave the four stars.

Southern Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
Made as listed with the addition of a little dill weed and smalllll slice of onion thinly chopped. Was much better cold in our oppinion. However should have been named Mustard potato salad. I like a little mustard in mine but this was very overwhelming. Next time I make I'll definatly reduce the mustard greatly. Also 15 minutes did not make the potatos done enough... next time Will have to cook longer.

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
Tasted like it came out of theturkey withought the funky flavor.. but a stalk is way to much celery and i had to add allot of hot water to get it to moisten anywhere nere where it should be. Will not be making again.
