Jen's Nine Layer Dip
This is my dip and although I am so excited to have it listed on Allrecipes, I have to add that it was edited a bit. All of the changes were minor and do not change the dip, except two: I cook the chicken and then mix it up with the cilantro and that I like to add tortilla chips sticking out around the edge of the dip and more on the side for serving. Hope that helps and you enjoy it!

Tortellini Soup I
This is great! I guess it was more of an inspiration b/c I used so many different things but the base was the same. I still used the tortellini, sausage and spices but needed to get rid of a veggie tray from a party and it worked great! I used broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and carrots. Also added my own onions, garlic and green beans. Wonderful!

Sweet Potato Rolls
Whoa- I made a bad mistake! I couldn't find any canned "pureed" sweet potatoes but I did find canned yams and candied yams. I went with the candied yams b/c of other reviews that added sugar. I kept everything else the same. They came out great but taste very strange. Almost like they have liquor in them? Anyway, I will try again with plain yams. (BTW, I just put them in the food processor)Also- it took a little over an hour to rise and about an hour for them to double. So be prepared for a little time invested. Also- cooked mine in two 8" round pans, for 15 minutes. Came out perfect.
