I think I might have a new favorite – worth every bit of work involved. Followed the recipe to the letter and it came out perfectly. It had a very good mushroom flavor to it, to me it was just right. I will be making it again, soon – without any changes.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

PERFECT – the only change that I made was to use my own home made alfredo sauce. I followed the rest of the recipe and it was fantastic. I ate so much that night, couldn’t stop, it was incredible. I will be making it again!!

Mustard Based BBQ Sauce

THIS IS IT!!! This sauce is awesome, great with smoked pork butt, ribs or chicken. In fact, I’ll be barbecuing tomorrow and serving this sauce with it. It’s a perfect blend of tangy and sweet – the only change I made was the addition of a half cup of minced red onion. Definitely worth trying.

My Best Clam Chowder

FANTASTIC CHOWDER!! I did however vary a little from the recipe – I used ¾ of the recommended amount of butter/flour. Replaced the half/half with heavy cream. The heavy cream was all that I had at the time and it turned out incredibly good. Clam juice was used in place of water. I also used chopped clams instead of minced and added a can of whole baby clams. This really was some awesome chowder – we will be making it again….soon!!
