This was amazing! Am trying it for the second time tomorrow night and this time I will have all the ingredients. The first time I had no mushrooms, lemon juice and had to subsitute milk for the half and half (used 1/4 cup). Also I used fresh spinach which I wilted in a pan. It was FANTASTIC!! Love the buttery, creamyness of it and it's a great way to use up extra spinach, leftover chicken or parmigianno reggiano. If you can, cook the chicken however you like a day or two ahead so it's quicker to assemble.
