I've been cooking since I was about 4. My mom used to push the dining room chair up to the kithchen counter and let me help her mix and bake. I've always loved baking. It's really been over the last few years that I've gotten brave and started trying new things.

Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
This was an absolutely wonderful. Will definitely make again. Taste better the second day after being in the fridge all night.
