Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I was in a hurry and didn't have time for a slow cooker meal, but the family wanted chicken and dumpling. I used a bag of frozen chicken breasts, cooked them with a chopped bunch of green onions and half of a box of reduced sodium chicken broth. I then cut up the chicken, put it back in the pot, added the rest of the chicken broth. Cut up the biscuits threw them in while it was boililng...cooked for about 20 minutes, then stirred in two tablespoons of butter, a large can of cream of chicken soup and a half can of milk. I added lots of black pepper! These were really good. Will definitely make again!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
This was really good. I first stir fried an onion, a bell pepper, pineapple chunks and 3 cloves of crushed garlic with a little olive oil. Then stired in the cornstarch and the rest of the ingredients. Put it with chicken and it was perfect!

Apple Enchilada Dessert
Very good. I made this for a mexican dinner we were having at work. I was worried about it being a little bland, so I beat two cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar and tsp of vanilla. I then stirred in the apple pie filling and filled with that. I ended up making two large ones for work and used cherry pie filling for one and did the same thing with the cream cheese. Everyone loved it!
