My family of 5 really enjoyed this recipe! Thank you so much for the submission. It was the first time my 5 year old would eat rice because he loved the sauce so much!! This will be a regular at our house.

Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies

I loved these cookies. I did use mini chips.Next time I will omit the chips and dip half of them in chocolate.I did need to bake mine longer. about 16 min. I feel that the flavor is better when the cookies are allowed to brown slightly.

I made a few changes...I used beef 1/2 beef broth and 1/2 chicken. I only used1/2 of a bag of onion soup mix because we don't love the flavor of it. This turned out to be a great stew that suited our taste buds.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

I agree with many of the other reviews. This is a good base recipe, but needs some help. I added Italian seasoning to the crem cheese mixture.I also added minced garlic. I think that some fresh baby spinach would also be nice. My family really likes this dish with the changes made.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

These are fabulous!! I always serve these for company because it is a guaranteed winner. I often grill them as breasts and then slice them and serve them over rice with some green onion. Yum-o!

Classic Bran Muffins

These were absolutely delicious!I didn't have buttermilk, so substituted sour milk(cup milk mixed with 1tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar)My kids aged, 13, 8 and 5 all loved these muffins. This will be a go to recipe from now on.

These were really good. I also reduced the sugar to 1/2 and added mini choc. chips. I cooked these for about 2o min. and they came out and stayed nice and soft!

Cream Puff Cake

I was feeling lazy and decided to use a golden cake mix for the bottom instead of making the choux pastry. I only poured about 3/4 of the mix in the pan and made 8 cupcakes with the remainder. Everything else I kept the same. My family loved it!
