Chicken Pot Pie IX
I've made many dishes from this site and I don't believe I have ever rated anything. This is so AMAZING!! I've followed this recipe to a tee and it turned out thick and FULL OF FLAVOR! I was worried about boiling the chicken and vegetables. I thought it would take all the flavor because you drain all that flavorful liquid. This was NOT the case. It tasted like the mini frozen ones at the local supermarket. This is the best I have ever had. My wife as well as our 4 daughters LOVED it. ( I know a male cooking and baking is not the norm, but I really enjoy it). I am glad I doubled the recipe because everyone wanted seconds! Thanks for the recipe!! This is now our favorite meal ;-)

Corn Dogs
Awesome recipe, tastes just like the fair! I fried in my deep fryer at 375ยบ for 3 to 4 minutes. Came out perfect without being greasy whatsoever! The only change I made was I omitted the pepper. Make sure to dry the hotdogs or roll them in cornstarch so the batter sticks. My batter was nice and thick and stuck well! Also, make sure you hold it in the oil for a few seconds before letting go. If you don't, it will sink to the bottom and stick. I was a bit worried about putting sugar in the batter, but it made it taste just like the carnival corndogs. Excellent recipe!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III
The best cookies I have ever had! I did a few things different, though.I did not use the filling; my wife didn't want to try it. I dropped the dough by tablespoons and did not press down. What I got was a nice thick, Chewy cookie; YUM! I was kinda worried when I got done making the cookie dough. It was quite moist and very sticky. I used non stick spray to spray the tablespoon and I rubbed a bit on my finger; NO STICKING! This is an AWESOME recipe, and very tasty! It was not too sweet as I have read from another reviewer; IT WAS PERFECT!! Thanks for such a great cookie recipe!
