Hot Chipped Beef Dip

I get requests for this dip and the recipe all the time. I do add a little garlic. I make it in a crock-pot on high until bubbly, and then on warm to serve. I serve it with thin slices of "french baguettes" recipe from this site.

Peppy's Pita Bread

These were wonderful. I made mini pitas and filled them with crab salad. They were a little time consuming (didn't use a breadmachine) but well worth the effort. Since I was making quite a few, I put them in a covered roaster rather than a paper bag. Worked great!

Rye Rounds

We've had a similar recipe in our family for years. We don't put the bacon in the cheese mixture, we sprinkle it on top. We also bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. The bacon becomes crispy not greasy.

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

I made this last year for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it so much I have been asked to make it again. My husband's grandmother even had me make one for her card club. I was told the ladies all loved it. My son (17 months at the time) loved crushing the gingersnaps.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

My husband and I really loved this meatloaf recipe. I have tried many, usually making it up as I go along. This was so good I'll actually go by the recipe each time I make it now.
