Chicken and Gnocchi Soup
AWESOME RECIPE! That said, it was a little diffacult to find Gnocchi. I finally found Gnocchi at PUBLIX. We are soup lovers in this house, so I simply doubled the recipe. There wasn't any leftovers. This is definately a keeper recipe. Thank you so much for sharing.

Cajun Seafood Pasta
I made this last night and it was great. Normally, the first time that I make a new recipe from this site I go directly by the directions so I can make a fair and non-biased revue. Shame on me, I added fresh mushrooms. The only reason that I don't give this a five rating is because it didn't thicken the eay I thought it should. This recipe is definately a keeper. I didn't think about it until later, but if I wanted it thicker I could have used a little cornstarch. So much for my diet, I will be working out very hard today to make up for my foolishness last night, but it was worth it;-)

Best Spanish Rice
This is an excellent recipe. I have made this recipe several times now. I just wanted to tell others who have tried this what I believe to be a great tip. I use Uncle Ben's Rice. If you use Uncle Ben's Rice; The recipe is as follows. 1 and 1/2 cups of rice, one 14.5 oz. can of chicken broth and one 16 oz. jar of Pace Picante sauce. Follow the directions for cooking the rice on the box, which is bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. I would also suggest, stirring occassionally while it is simmering as the mixture does tend to stick. If you want to make more, just double the recipe. 3 cups rice, 2 cans broth, 2 sixteen oz. jars of Pace picante sauce. I've had great results using these measurements. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I Love spanish Rice.
