Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2014
Delicious, light and fruity. I took the advice of other reviewers and added a box of white chocolate pudding to the whipped cream. So yummy!

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2013
Very juicy and flavorful.. my husband doesnt like mayo and he couldn't tell it was in the recipe. I only had plain panko crumbs so I added my own seasoning. I sometimes have a hard time with coated baked chicken coming out soggy, but this was quite crispy on the outside, I really think the mayo helped with that.

Tiramisu II

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
Everyone loved this. My first time making tiramisu and I like this recipe. The only thing I did different was I accidently mixed the whipped cream in with the egg mixture, so I just mixed it all together and it was great.

Oven Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2014
I halved this recipe and used a smaller dish.. it took longer to set, (I think maybe I used too small of a dish and it came out sort of "deep-dish"), but it was still delicious. So light and fluffy. I put a few slices of American cheese on the last few minutes. Great recipe

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
My husband LOVED this marinade! I left the steak in the marinade for two days, it was little too strong for my mother that way, but my husband and I loved the extra flavor. Will definitely make this again!

Golden Rum Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2009
AMAZING! I just made this for a little family get together and everyone said it was their new favorite dessert! I followed the recipe exactly, the only thing I did differently was I made mini bundts instead of one big one and they turned out fabulous! They were so buttery and ooey gooey! YUM! Thanks!!

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2008
My family said this was the best strawberry rhubarb pie they ever had! I noticed on some of the other reviews that people said it was too soupy so I added an extra 1/4 cup of flour and let it cool completely before I served it and it wasn't soupy at all! I also added a little cinnamon for some extra flavor anf it was great! I will definatley make this pie again

Butter Cookie Crust

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
This crust is SO good! I used it for key lime pie and I will NEVER use graham cracker crust again! However, I do think there's a bit too much butter in this recipe... it made the crust a little greasy and when it cooled it was kind of hard like candy. I will DEFINATLY make this again but I'm going to try it with less butter to see what happens.

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
This recipe is delicious and very thick and rich... It wasn't quite tangy enough though. I think next time I will add more lime juice and zest.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: May 5, 2012
This was delicious and easy! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I had to almost double the spices, it was a bit bland for my taste. I also added a can of black beans about 30 minutes before we ate, I really think it made a difference.

Fried Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
These were SO delicious but the boiling time was too short. I added sugar and cinnamon instead of brown sugar. Everyone LOVED them, they were just a little underdone and should be boiled longer.

Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
This recipe was delicious... The dough was actually flavorful and crisp. I added nutmeg and ginger for extra flavor and everyone in my house loved it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the recipe does not call for enough peaches. I used large peaches and it still seemed like there was way more cake than fruit. I will try this one again but next time I will double the fruit.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

I wasn't crazy about this recipe. It wasn't nearly as chocolatey as boxed recipes. I did like that the top was crispy.
