Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
Excellent - I'll definately make this again. I didn't have any red onion on hand. Like one reviewer suggested I added real Hormel bacon bits! My husband wanted seconds!

Asparagus and Cashews
This tasted pretty good. Nothing to rave about. Just a nice change from how I regularly do asparagus. Thanks for the recipe.

Caramel Popcorn
Excellent! I added whole almonds! Instead of using 1/2 cup of corn syrup, I only used 1/4 cup and added 1/4 cup real maple syrup! Yummers! We couldn't stop eating it! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
