Peach Coffee Cake II

Hmm, even though I think my recipe flopped on me and turned into something gooey but it was still pretty good but 4 stars just cause it didn't really match what I thought it would have been

Singapore Chicken Rice

Mmm, coming from a Singaporean I'd say this is almost like Singapore Chicken Rice but I prefer to use the boxed mix, lulz. But since I didn't try the chicken since having hear bad reviews about it, I only made the rice and I'd say to saute the ginger/garlic/onion, add in the broth, cieve it to remove chunks of ginger/garlic/onion

Sesame Oil Chicken Wings

I'm kinda meh bout this recipe, on one hand, it tasted okay, but it didn't really have that taste that makes it unique, but still, it's easy to make so I'll prob use it in the future

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Wow, this cake is awesomeeeee. I'm happy since even though I used lesser cream cheese/sugar by mistake, it still turned out perfect :D No cracks!!! But idk if it would matter but I reduced the eggs from 4 to 3 to reduce the cholestrole levels a little. Def. making again

Devil's Food Cake I

Even though my cake was defintely different from what the pictures looked like (like always), I loved it alot! I made a few changes, since I halfed it to make a 9-inch pie and I increased it to 4 ounces of chocolate (I mixed a little cocoa powder and chocolate chips), decreased the sugar to 3/4 cup and increased temperature to 200 degrees celcius and decreased the time to 26 mins (well, it was a mistake :b)

Pastry Cream for Pies

Loved it, reduced the sugar like sugessted, lowered the vanilla to 1 teaspoon and cooked it over direct fire so that it would thicken quicker, really nice, will add bananas or other types of fruits next them

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Even though I didn't make the pizza/chicken and etc. since I was just looking for a sauce and I loved the sauce but I made a few changes since I only had sliced cheese with me so it turned out tasted great :) Defintely needs more milk

I loved it but I followed some of the recomendations and cut the sugar down by half and froze it for 30 seconds just cause I forgot bout letting it cool. Defintely needs more cooking time (round 10-15 minutes)
