Uber-yummy. These were the best cinnamon rolls I have ever made....or eaten! Beware, though, as they are highly addictive. I followed the recipe almost exactly except I added some cinnamon to the flour and used part whole wheat and part all purpose (not quite half and half) along with some vital wheat gluten, as I don't keep bread flour on hand. I also decreased the amount of butter in the dough by about half. I did not use the frosting recipe, though I will next time...I just happened to have some left over frosting to use up. This made about a pan and a half for me....12 in the 9x13 and another 5. Awesome! My new cinnamon roll recipe "fer sher".
