I have made many quick breads. This is the first one that did not turn out wonderfully. I was disappointed in the consistency and it tasted of too much baking powder even though I cut the amount nearly in half.

Carnitas Filling

Great Crock Pot Standard! Easy to make and has so many uses....tender moist filling for tortillas, taco's and even wonderful with a little spicy bbq sauce on a sandwich.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Excellent! I have made this many times and it is always really good. Grate fresh parmesan and ramano cheese on top and it is perfect.

Feta and Olive Meatballs

Wonderful Meatballs! I serve them with Pita bread and Tatziki sauce. I have made them several times and have cut the recipe down to one egg. I also use Green olive tapenade instead of chopping up olives myself. Very good.
