Shanghai Noodle Salad
This was DELICIOUS! I added some cabbage for some extra crunch and it was perfect. We ate this as a side dish with chicken kabobs and it made a great meal. Will definitely make again.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
Made this for my family and followed the directions with the modifications on the sauce that some other members gave. Topped with rice noodles and shredded carrots (like the display picture, even though the recipe doesn't mention it). It was FANTASTIC! Also used ground turkey instead of beef and it worked perfectly. Will definitely make this again.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This recipe was AMAZING with the following revisions: I didn't slice the bananas, I mashed them up. I really don't like the taste and texture of bananas by themselves, so slicing seemed unappealing. I also used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown. It turned out DELICIOUS.
