I love to cook. I think up a lot of recipes but I am constantly making the same things over and over and I'm looking for new foods for myself and my family.

I love to cook Sirloin tips in homemade gravy over buttered noodles, White lasagne, and fajitas.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't really have any. My grandmother made the best Sweet Potato Pie ever and no one ever got the recipe before she passed away. Thanksgiving will never be the same.
My cooking triumphs
I started to cook when I was 9. I don't mean hot dogs I mean meatloaf and baked chicken. I would cook for my sister and I when my mom if my mom got home to late.
My cooking tragedies
I don't have too many tragedies. I would love to learn how to bake. I'm not really good but I've never tried.

Honey Lime Chicken Wings
I baked the chicken instead of frying it like some of the other reviews suggested. Which was great, they came out crispy. The only thing I would say is after they're done let them sit for 15 to 20mins. My wings were very lime-y, which was fine for me but my husband thought it was a bit much. After they sat and cooled a little the lime flavor wasn't as strong. Still very good wings sticky, tangy, and sweet. Perfect for a party or a snack for football games.

Caramelized Baked Chicken
I was very surprised at how much I liked these. My 6 year old (who was a little disgusted when he saw me using honey) devoured them. I made the recipe as directed and it was so sweet and sticky. Towards the end of cooking I flipped them around a few times in the pan a few times and spooned more of the sauce on them so it could really get baked in. So good
