Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2008
Absolutely amazing! The Lime sauce really did it for me, it was delicious! And, like other reviewers, I only used about 3 Tbsp. of butter. It turned out awesome. I was cooking for three men that night and they all loved it too. This is definitely one of my new favorites!!

I thought this was great, definitely easy and you can tweak it to spice it up a bit if you like. A very filling meal, with ingredients you have on hand.

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
This was really easy and very yummy! I put the chips on TOP of the beef so they wouldn't get as soggy. You could really add a lot more stuff, or change it around. I thought corn would be a good addition. This would also be excellent over lettuce, an easy taco salad the next day with the leftovers! Thanks!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
I've made this two times now and loved it both times. I followed other users suggestion with the baking temp (400) and it turned out perfect. Use REAL Parmesan cheese and lots of it! :) The second time around I sauteed some mushrooms and onions and (yes) more garlic! I added it on top of the chicken in the oven for the last few minutes to make sure it would be warm when served. Delicious!

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2008
EXCELLENT! I loved this dish and so did everyone else in my house. I used two cans of diced tomatoes peeled and seeded, and added the garlic/basil juice from each can also. I used the marinated Artichoke hearts from Costco chopped in half lengthwise. I added a tiny bit of chopped onion and some mushrooms since it seemed they would go well with this. I sauteed the garlic and Olive oil for a minute to let the flavors mix, then sauteed the onion and mushrooms for a minute before adding the tomato and artichoke. I let it all cook down while I cooked the raviolis. I served with warm green beans and homemade garlic and herb bread. FANTASTIC!

Easy Oatmeal Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
These are definitely good! I added about 1/4 of an apple- chopped, and cinnamon. I also used brown sugar instead of white. They were great. I can't wait to try some blueberries or raisin/cinnamon. Thanks!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
These are excellent, I first made them in a dutch oven cooking class. They are simple and delicious! We like ours with a tiny bit of pineapple on top (added after cooking) it compliments the salty flavor of the bacon and the spicy pepper PERFECTLY! Try it!

Garlic Green Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2008
I thought this was good. My boyfriend thought it was out of this world! I used fresh green beans since they are in season. I sauteed the garlic in oil (omitted the butter). For a few minutes to blend flavors, then cooked the beans in this oil. It ended up taking less time than I thought so I popped it in the oven at 180 degrees to keep it warm while we were waiting for everything else. It ended up melting the cheese and blending everything together. It was very good!

Pickled Eggs II

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2008
A+++. My boyfriend LOVES pickled eggs. I have been trying to find a recipe to our liking. I tried several others and they just didn't hit the mark, well, this one passed the test! We added extra garlic to a few jars and some dried red peppers to another. They all turned out great! Thank you so much for sharing!

Dilly Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
Our family has always been given homemade dilly beans for Christmas. I wanted to make some and hoped that they would come out AT LEAST as good as the ones we are usually given. THESE WERE BETTER! I followed the recipe exactly, but threw in a tiny bit more garlic for our Italian tastes! I will be making these every year from now on! P.S. This was only my second time canning! Give 'em a try!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
This is great. We used fresh caught salmon which was a bit thicker a fillet than you usually can get in the store. It took mine almost 25 minutes at 400 degrees to cook fully. The sauce was easy and scrumptious. P.S. To the person who claimed their sauce stunk up their house- what did you do wrong! Ha ha! Mine smelled wonderful!

Honey Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
Delicious! Next time I would skip the additional "basting" sauce at the end, or at least scale it down a bit. I hardly used any since the shrimp cook so quickly, and it was a waste of almost a whole cube of butter and honey. Otherwise, excellent recipe!

Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
I'll just say this; if you are one of the millions of Americans with a REAL bbq outside, marinade in some BBQ sauce and toss them on the grill. This recipe is a lot of work, for a not so great result (in my opinion).

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
This is by a long-shot my FAVORITE recipe I have ever gotten from Allrecipes.com. I brown the meat and throw everything into my crock pot and come home to Heaven. This recipes makes so much I usually freeze smaller portions of leftovers, or else bless my friends and family with pre-made dinners. Everyone loves this. I will never use another chili recipe. This is it!
