Tasty Buns

Slightly dense, good dinner roll, not necessarily a great hamburger bun. Was delicious for egg and sausage sandwich.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Our dinner guests liked it. The oven gave the broccoli a nice crunchiness without turning it limp. I would recommend this recipe.

Scrambled Egg Muffins

Quite delicious. I had them for a brunch and everybody loved them. I used pepper jack cheese and goetta (a Cincinnati breakfast meat) instead of sausage. They came out a little dry, so I advise taking them out at 20 minutes instead of 25.

Salmon Fillets with Mustard Glaze

I followed the directions exactly, but it turned out rather dry. The sauce was tasty once it thickened up, but I think I overcooked the salmon. I'll try this again though, but maybe with balsamic vinegar.
