These are super yummy! I used 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and 3/4 cup dried cranberries. DEEE-lish!

These were interesting. Very different. Different, but good. My 8-year old made a funny face with her first bite and I assumed she didn't like it. She said, "It's weird. It tastes good, but weird." That about sums it up. They are very good, but very different. Definitely a keeper. Next time I will add less water. I had to use a strainer to drain off some of the liquid in the bean mixture - too soupy. I also reduced the amount of the chili powder and cumin because I was afraid it would be too much for my kids. Next time, I'll use the full amount. Oh - I also completely forgot to put the cheese in and they were still good!

Seriously good and literally melt-in-your-mouth! Warning: this makes a very small batch and it's hard to stop at just one cookie! Had I realized, I would have at least doubled it!
