Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

I just had this at a party and it is so awesome. This one included mini chocolate chips used to dip fruit and vegetables, was great!

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

OMG These are the best shortbread I have ever tasted. I did follow the advice of some to whip the butter for 10-15 minutes and then whip the rest of ingredients for same. I did add some orange zest as was suggested as I am bringing these to a "fruit themed tea" - came out spectacular. Next time I will leave orange out. These will be made again and again. Thanks.
